I can’t believe that another school year is coming to an end, and we welcome/dread the long summer holidays. Over the past few days my brain has been in overdrive trying to organise the 7 week break. Being a working mum, I have to organise childcare for the 2 days that work, and thankfully my wonderful mum steps in. There are also days out to plan, meetings with friends to schedule and appointments to make. Thankfully TOAD Diaries have come to my rescue.

TOAD Diary

TOAD offer personalised diaries, planners and journals using their easy to use website, and I was given £20 to spend on a product of my choice. I opted for a new diary as I currently have a slim one, and what with kids, appointments, meeting friends, husband and blogging to organise, there is never enough space. I chose an A5 hardback diary which is the perfect size to pop in my handbag, and not too small where I risk losing it every few days.

The next step was choosing a theme for my diary, and it will come as no surprise that I opted for the owl design. They really do have a theme to suit everybody, including EURO 2016 products. If Wales get to the final, I might even treat my husband to a Wales planner.

Owl Design Diary

With TOAD being an abbreviation of ‘Today or any day’, this meant that I could choose when to start my diary. How cool is that, no more waiting until January or the start of the academic year for a new diary. As my diary was going to help me get organised for the summer holidays, I started it on the 1st July. I also went for the week to 2 page spread so I can easily see what I have planned for the upcoming week.

The best part of the ordering process was the personalisation of my diary. You can opt for 2 lines of text on the front and back. My very first product with my blog details on.

TOAD Diary

My diary was with me in a few days and I LOVE it. I was really impressed with the quality, and at just over £16 including delivery, I think they are excellent value for money. Thank you TOAD for helping me to get organised for the summer holidays.

I was given £20 to spend on the TOAD Diaries website. All words and opinions are my own.

18 Thoughts on “Getting organised for the Summer Holidays with Toad Diaries

  1. I’ve never heard of Toad Diaries, great that they offer such a personalised design

  2. These look fab! New diary day is still one of my favourite days of the year – so I usually have about three of them. 😉 I’ll have to keep these in mind for the next one. #triedtested

It is still all shiny and new as I haven’t had the chance to sit down and write everything in it yet. Infact I might do that tonight with a glass of gin x

  3. Oh I absolutely love new diaries and stationery. Look at all those clean, white pages….. 🙂 Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

I know, so clean I haven’t dared write in it yet. Is it just me that is too scared to write in a new diary incase you make a mistake….. diary ruined lol x

  4. I love the look of this. I like that you can start the diary whenever you choose!

It is such a good idea isn’t it rather than waiting for January or September to come around. I am so pleased with it x

  5. I love stationary! This diary looks awesome, as for organising the summer holidays I have already started writing my ideas list for things to do.

You always need a good list or 3 for the summer holidays don’t you. This diary is definitely going to sort my blogging and home life out lol x

  6. Ooh that’s lovely, I do love the owls! It’s funny, I’ve recently got a planner and I’ve just read a blog from someone else that’s got one too, it’s an odd thing in July but I guess we’re nearing the start of the academic year. I never thought to personalise mine with my blog details, I think I got distracted by the shiny patterns. I love your idea of putting your blog name an address on it, brilliant!

I definitely have an obsession with owls on diaries as I think this is my 4th one. You can’t beat a new planner or diary, and funnily enough I always feel much more productive at the start of the academic year than I do in January x

  7. I do love a new diary or a notebook and this one looks fab. =)

  8. My hub has to have a Diary for work, I like the personalisation on this.

Appreciate that the review was some time ago – just ordering a diary for a work colleague that is leaving and starting a job in August. I always have a hard back diary – just wondered is it lay reasonable flat when opened? Or should I order the wirebound?

I think you would be better with the wirebound if you want it to stay flat. The hardback diaries are good but I have to bend mine the other way to get it to stay flat. Hope that helps x
