Christmas Gift Ideas for Men – Star Wars, Tech, Wine

I like to be pretty organised for Christmas, and tend to start my shopping once the kids go back after October half term. I usually have a pretty good idea of what to get the kids, and to be honest they do present me with a rather large list. But when it comes to buying presents for the males in our family, I find myself getting a little stuck. Do you stick to the traditional pack of socks, the Lynx gift set, or a set of beers from around the world.

Christmas gift ideas for Men

This Christmas I am going to take a little inspiration from some of the gifts my husband received for his recent birthday. And if you also struggle to find the perfect gift for the man in your life, or wondering whether you should get your dad yet another novelty tie, hopefully the items below will give you some ideas.

There are hundreds of Pop Figures on the market, but of course it had to be a Star Wars one for my husband. I picked this one up from Game for the bargain price of £4.99. Amazon also has a huge range of figures, and no doubt I will be ordering a few for the teen this Christmas.

Now my husband is the total opposite to me when it comes to stationery. He can often be found writing his lists on the back of used envelopes. So when Sheaffer kindly sent him this fantastic Star Wars stationery set, he really has no excuse. The hardback notebook is priced at £15, the pen is £16 and the pencil case £10. And even at 46 you are never too old for a Star Wars pencil case.

If the man in your life is also a lover of lists, then this pad is perfect for when you are heading off on holiday. I was very nearly tempted to keep this for myself, but I am more of a ‘wing it’ kind of girl when it comes to packing. I picked this up from TK Maxx for £3.99.

You can’t go wrong with a nice bottle of red. This was a present from my mum so I have no idea where it came from, though I suspect it might be Aldi.

Yes I know an iPad is a very extravagant present, but my husband’s original iPad was 6 years old and he does use it daily. iPads don’t tend to differ much in price between shops, but I found the best deal was with Very, £339 on 12 months interest free. Plus I also get £50 back into my Very account, so a huge win win for me.

The Sheaffer products were gifted to us to include in a gift guide. All words and opinions are my own.

The pop figure includes a link to Amazon Affiliates where I receive a small percentage if you purchase the item.
